Rob has more than 32 years of experience in the Western Washington real estate market, currently acting as President of Bridgeport Appraisal.

Rob's primary responsibilities for the day to day operations of the company include Chief Appraiser and technology development. As a founding partner, and now sole owner of Bridgeport Appraisal, Rob has been largely responsible for the development of our business throughout the Puget Sound region. Rob has significant experience in new construction and residential development. He has served in an advisory capacity in the development of our proprietary technology known as AppraisalLink™. This platform has been engineered to dramatically enhance the efficiencies of the appraisal process for our staff appraisers, keeping them organized with the assignments sent to us from our lending clients.
