John Koch

John has been involved in the real estate and finance sector for the last 8 years. With his background in mortgage, banking, and non-profit accounting, this has given him insight into the unique aspects and requirements of real estate appraisals. John performs single family homes and 2-4 unit multi-family, with a specialization in large acreage/complex homes that are common throughout the Inland Northwest. His primary counites of expertise are Kittitas, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Yakima, and King. John graduated from Central Washington University and has been calling Ellensburg home ever since. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, road/gravel biking and playing the next best boardgame with friends. At night, you can usually find him listening to Rick Rizzs and the Seattle Mariners while dreaming of a World Series run.
