Rob has more than 25 years of experience in the Western Washington real estate market, currently acting as President of Bridgeport Appraisal, LLC. His primary responsibilities for the day to day operations of the company include Chief Appraiser and technology development. As a founding partner, and now sole owner of Bridgeport Appraisal, Rob has been largely responsible for the development of our business throughout the Puget Sound region. He has significant experience in new construction and residential development. He has also served in an advisory capacity in the development of our proprietary technology known as AppraisalLinkTM. This platform has been engineered to dramatically enhance the efficiencies of the appraisal process for our staff appraisers as well as our outside lending clients.
While away from work, Rob is a private pilot and accomplished chef. He and his family live in Kent.
